Brief Description: Bolt on horizontal and vertical stabilizer
Updrilled and installed the four AN4 bolts for the horizontal stabilizer.
Drew a centerline on the forward face of the vertical stabilizer forward attach fitting. Used that line to center the rudder on the centerline holes of #4 fuselage/deck former. Adjusted the forward rudder attach fitting up/down to get a best freedon of movement of the rudder. This insured the upper part of the rudder post was straight with the lower part attached to the fuselage sides. After clamping the forward attachment in place, updrilled the three AN4 stabilizer attachment bolts. With the bolts in place, aligned and dimple drilled the three MS21047L4 nut plates. After I dimple the back side of holes in the #4 former, I'll install the nut plates.
